Forecasters at :00PM on Wednesday report that the overcast, which is a result of continuous hours of sandstorms from Egypt that began on Tuesday, have resulted in the most serious overcast conditions in five years.

The weatherman predicts that thundershowers will begin towards evening in northern Israel, working their way down to the northern Negev.
