Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman on Wednesday 22 Shevat left Israel for an official state visit to the Ukraine.

In Kiev, FM Lieberman will meet with Prime Minister Arsani Yatsenyuk, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, Chairman of the Ukrainian National Parliament Volodymyr Groysman and former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma. While in Kiev, the foreign minister will also hold additional meetings.

Lieberman will participate in the signing of the trilateral Memorandum of Understanding between Israel, Canada and the Ukraine regarding agricultural development.

During the visit, Lieberman will also meet with representatives of the Ukrainian Jewish community.
