Galant: Netanyahu And Lapid Should be Sent Packing

labiYoav Galant, who is number two on the Kulanu list, feels Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and MK Yair Lapid should be sent packing. Galant, who hopes to enter the 20th Knesset said “In a civilized country, Netanyahu and Lapid would be sent packing”.

He explains that the prime minister placed Lapid in charge of the Finance Ministry despite the fact “he never even ran a store”. Galant lamented the fact that Lapid lacks the most minimal qualifications for the post and Mr. Netanyahu did not mind handing it over to him at the expense to of the nation.

“The country is run with gimmicks like Zero Vat, and the game is run at the expense of the elderly, the children and the cost of living”. Galant added the nation and these critical issues may no longer remain in the hands of either of them, Lapid or Netanyahu.

While cooperation is increasing between Netanyahu and party leader Moshe Kahlon, a former Likud party minister, Galant continues to attack the administration, which some feel may place Kahlon in a compromised position with Netanyahu, who may be forming the next coalition.

Galant, a retired IDF Deputy Chief of Staff is a political novice and according to some, his statements targeting coalition officials exhibit his lack of parliamentary experience.
