Israel Prison Authority officers who saw something was going on while passing by and responded. They spotted the fleeing terrorist and fired into the air and when the terrorist did not halt, they fired at this lower extremities, striking him in a leg.

The policy needs to be “shoot to kill’, no leg shots for terrorists!
The USA Policemen shoot and kill.
They see someone dangerous and they kill him.
The Isreali policemen should do the same.
Feed him to the dogs…
