1,000 Meretz Central Committee members on Monday evening 28 Teves had an opportunity to elect the party’s lineup for the 20th Knesset race. Party leaders were delighted with the 98% voter turnout.
Most polls show that Meretz will receive about six seats in the next Knesset, but some show an increase to eight seats. The voters had to select among 23 candidates vying for a slot in Knesset.
