What does “qualified” have to do with being Prime Minister. Politicians are chosen based on popularity and how well they represent the views of the voters. Qualfiications and competence have nothing to do with it. In a parliamentary system, no one is chosen for senior positions based on being qualified (in the US system, the cabinet is chosen in part based on qualifications, but we are unique since in most countries senior officials are all political hacks).
Bennett is certainly qualified. He’s a fresh face speaks of untiy and speaks often about love of the Land, the Nation and the Torah.
