When the convoy of Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird arrived in Ramallah on Sunday, 27 Teves, residents tossed eggs and shoes at it.
PA (Palestinian Authority) security forces moved into place quickly to prevent the protestors from actually reaching the high-level diplomatic convoy. It appears that for PA residents, Canada’s staunch support of Israel makes that nation an enemy of the PA.
