MK Elazar Stern responded with disappointment to the Bayit Yehudi party’s list following the party primaries. Stern feels that the list shows beyond the shadow of a doubt that the party has lost the opportunity to truly change the face of nation as it set out to do.

“As one who identities with the dati leumi community, like many of my friends, among them those who placed their hope in Bayit Yehudi believing something new was beginning, we now understand that we woke up this morning to something old. I am convinced that most of the dati leumi camp will feel compelled to look for a new political home”.
