Five Arabs and two Jews were arrested for questioned following a brawl between the groups in the Old City of the capital which involved gunfire. At about 17:10 on shabbos afternoon 19 Teves, the fight broke out between two Jews and five Arabs in the Old City, in the so-called Christian Quarter.
The Jews, including an IDF soldier, told police they were attacked. One shot was fired from the soldier’s weapon, leading to a large police response. B’chasdei Hashem there were no injuries.
