The IDF moved to alert on Thursday morning 17 Teves after being informed there had been an infiltration into the S. Hebron Hills community of Beit Chaggai. The military was alerted during the predawn hours.
It appears Arab from a neighboring village did succeed in entering and making off with four horses. Trackers had little difficulty following the tracks in the snow.

if it was so easy to follow the track, why don’t you report that the horses have been returned and the thieves arrested?
Not to poke too much fun at arab women but I wouldn’t be surprised if the horses were stolen for bestiality purposes.
