A vehicular motorcade including United States consular officials and Arabs were attacked with rocks in Adi Ad in Shomron on Friday, 11 Teves. Armed security agents got out of vehicle with weapons drawn. B’chasdei Hashem there were no injuries. One of the armored consular vehicles sustained very light body damage from rocks.
It appears the visit was in response to reports by the Arabs that thousands of olive seedlings were uprooted by Adi Ad residents last week.
Representatives of Adi Ad spoke with Kol Chai Radio on Sunday morning 13 Teves, explaining they are not aware of any seedling that were uprooted and if this did occur, they had absolutely no hand in the act.
They explained that standard protocol is that such visits are arranged in advance with the IDF, which approves and escorts such motorcades. They cited the dangers associated with permitting such motorcades into Jewish communities without the IDF present, including “armed Arab security personnel”.
They add that they have turned to the US Consulate in Jerusalem, the IDF and other agencies to explain what occurred.

It is very simple as to what happened. Israeli settlers stoned an American consular vehicle. Why do you put a picture of an Arab with a slingshot when the Israeli police have said that Israeli settlers through the stones? Settlements must be stopped.
