Two people were shot on the Boro Park / Flatbush border, Tuesday evening.
The incident happened around 7:00PM at Avenue J and McDonald Avenue. It appears this was the result of an attempted robbery.
One victim was shot at McDonald Avenue and Avenue J, and the second victim was shot at 1017 Dahill Road and 52nd Street.
Boro Park Hatzolah and FDNY EMS were on scene treating the victims – both of whom appear to be in stable condition.
Thanks to fast responding NYPD Officers from the 66th Precinct, one suspect has been apprehended, and the gun used in the shootings was recovered. Police are searching for a second suspect who fled on foot.
Further details will be published as it becomes available.

Thank you DeBlasio for bringing NYC back to the wild days of the 70s!!!
Mark- enough with your sarcasm.
A little seicele goes along way.
G-d gave two ears and one mouth….
Think about that
this is why people need to arm themselves and not rely on the NYPD. Ask the Jews of Crown Heights.
