Moshe Kahlon on Wednesday night the eve of 19 Kislev announced the name of his new party, Kulanu (כולנו) (All of Us), which he hopes will succeed in enlisting the support of many eligible voters. Kahlon has yet to announce his lineup, promising voters he will be bringing new faces to Knesset, “quality people who are not beholden to the tycoons and major businesses” as he put it.
According to the most recent polls, Kahlon’s new party will earn 10-13 seats.

and so far he has indicated he will run on the Likud’s economic platform (pro-free markets, moderately populist), and will ignore other issues (such as Arabs and Hareidim). It could be argued he is positioning himself for the post-Netanyahu era in Likud.
If takes enough votes away from Likud it could make possible a left-wing government, or forcing a Labor-Likud coalition. He might also hurt Shas (since he Sefardi and emphasizes the same economic issues that Shas does, but lacks the baggage of some previous Sefardi candidates).
This guy looks like a plumber.
He wants to Run a country?

BTW PLUMBERS are where it’s at.
Kehath: just because he looks Sephardic doesn’t mean he is a plumber. Pretty racist comment, you should really retract it immediately.
It’s the ones who look like politicians that you have to be wary of
What’s in a name? In this case, nothing.
I must agree that kehath64 is being superficial and judgmental in this instance
