Police have taken three suspects into custody in connection to the Monday 9 Kislev hit-and-run at Alon Junction in Shomron, between Migdalim and Maale Ephraim. Shortly following the incident which left a man seriously injured it was theorized it may have been another vehicular terror attack.

On Tuesday morning 10 Kislev, Shai (Shomron-Yehuda) district police reported the condition of the victim, a man in his 60s, has taken a turn for the worse, quoting doctors in Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah. He is listed in critical/unstable condition.

On Monday night it was reported the vehicle used in the presumed attack was located in the PA (Palestinian Authority) village of Kablan, north of Yishuv Eli. Three residents of that village were taken into custody.
