In a plea bargain agreement reached on Sunday 8 Kislev, two residents of Shomron will serve 30 months imprisonment for setting PA (Palestinian Authority) vehicles ablaze in price tag arson attacks. The prosecution agreed to the minimum sentence after they admitted to their actions, accepting responsibility for the hate crimes. The third defendant insists he had no part in the attacks and therefore cannot admit guilt. His trial is moving forward.
The defendants are residents of Gilad Farm in Shomron.
