Jerusalem light rail security agents on Sunday morning 23 Marcheshvan apprehended an Arab woman armed with a knife near the Shar Shechem station, thereby averting a terror attack on the light rail system. The woman was taken into custody after boarding the train when security personnel saw the knife in her hand.
B’chasdei Hashem, there are no reports of injuries to security agents. There is no additional information at this time.

In another light rail related story, the Honenu organization has begun distributing contact cards to security personnel at light rail stations, offering them free legal service if they get into a legal jam as a result of performing their job during these difficult days when Arab terrorists have targeted the light rail system in their acts of terrorism.
