PHOTOS: Preparing for the Yahrzeit at Kever Rochel

In addition to the logistics of preparing for the many mispallalim that will visit Kever Rochel on the yahrzeit, 11 Marcheshvan, organizers are placing much of the emphasis on security for the approach routes and the actual compound of the tziyun. Just on Sunday 9 Marcheshvan there were incidents in PA-occupied Beit Lechem and in the Kever Rochel complex. One border policeman was wounded by Arabs in rock-throwing attacks at Kever Rochel.

In light of the alarming deterioration in the security situation in Yerushalayim, thousands of police and other security personnel will be taking part in providing security for mispallalim beginning on Monday afternoon 10 Marcheshvan through the yahrzeit. Persons interested in coming to Kever Rochel are urged to park their vehicles at Teddy Stadium and from there they can use the shuttle service.

Mosdos Rochel Imeinu announces this year they will recite Tikun Rochel Imeinu led by Mekubal Rav Yaakov Adas along with other mekubalim and rabbonim from Mosdos Kever Rochel. This will take place on the yahrzeit at 16:00 and it will be aired live.
