Step Aside is pushing nonsense. While there is no reason to panic, the idea that this is some kind of conspiracy by pharmaceutical companies is total nonsense. There is no vaccine yet; pharmaceutical companies are for the most part not interested in diseases only affecting the developing world, and research by the government into Ebola has been harmed by budget cuts.
