Bayit Yehudi party leader Minister Naftali Bennett is celebrating his victory as the candidates backed by his dati leumi party were victorious in the Jerusalem Chief Rabbinate race.
After hearing of the success of Rabbi Aryeh Stern Shlita and Rabbi Shlomo Moshe Amar Shlita, Bennett applauded the victory, which he called an important one for Yerushalayim, his party and dati leumi tzibur.
Bennett’s party released a message “Yerushalayim is in the hands of the Zionists”, adding “this represents an important victory for those who love Am Yisrael, Eretz Yisrael, & Toras Yisrael”.
Mayor Nir Barkat, who partnered with Bennett and the dati leumi community, praised the outcome of the elections, stating he believes that having one dati leumi rav and one chareidi is the best formula for doing the most good for the largest number of people. He added this marks the end of the first year of his second term in office and he is pleased with this significant victory.

Am Yisroel, Eretz Yisroel, and Toras Yisroel. What about E-lokei Yisroel?
Hardly surprising, these frauds and cheats
They swindled and changed the rules until they could claim victory.
To paraphrase GW Bush “you’re either with” judaism “or against us”
If any still wondered over the import of this election, they now have their answer.
who is the “chareidi rav”?
