New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is entering the final month of his re-election campaign with a massive financial advantage over Republican candidate Rob Astorino.

Campaign finance disclosures submitted Friday show the Westchester County executive’s campaign has $1.27 million on hand after raising $1.48 million since mid-July. Astorino’s campaign spent $2.65 million over the same period.

Cuomo, a Democrat, reported more than $23.7 million on hand and spent nearly $3.3 million on the campaign between Sept. 20 and Friday.

Astorino spokeswoman Jessica Proud says the candidate is “extremely proud” of the support he’s received and that Cuomo’s millions won’t matter to voters unhappy with his administration.

Polls give Cuomo a large lead over Astorino. Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins and Libertarian Michael McDermott will also be on next month’s ballot.
