Petach Tikvah Magistrate Court Judge Shalhevet Kamir-Weiss rejected a request to enforce a contract signed between Hotel Eshel Hashomron and a group of local rabbis who rented a hall from the hotel to discuss the local missionary threat. The hotel is located in Shomron, in the city of Ariel.
The conference which was originally planned to be held in Ariel’s Eshel Hashomron Hotel will now convene in nearby Kiryat Netafim Hall, 4 kilometers away, at 20:00 on Wednesday night 15 Elul.
Kamir-Weiss said that while for technical reasons she can’t issue an injunction to force the hotel to open their gates to the conference, there is nothing stopping the organizers of the conference from suing the hotel for damages resulting from the hotel’s breach of contract.

Why did they cancel the contract?
Is it accidental that that all the judges invariably appointed to these sort of cases are secular women?
