Hello Mordecai. This is Yehuda from Israel. I called in a few months ago regarding my wife who has OCD and maybe BPD (or maybe a nargan as you call it). You put me strait and told me to work on co-dependence.
I wanted to follow up with a call, but my voice isn’t working due to an illness.
I thank you immensely for helping me. I’ve separated and am working hard on my co-deoendance and I’ve never been happier, B”H.
I also have a question for you. I filed for divorce and agreed to a social worker in the Beis Din to try to help with Shalom Bayis. My hope was that they would be another force in getting my wife to agree to get treatment. Instead, both the social worker and the psychiatrist they sent my wife to claim that my wife has no disorder at all.
What should a person do in general if there is a conflict of experts (I tried to have them speak together and settle it, but they won’t)? And, what should I do, when I know without a doubt how ill my wife is?
Thank you again
