New York City police are looking for a man suspected of attacking an 88-year-old woman as she sat on the front stoop of her Boro Park home.
Police say a man in his 20s, dressed in a red sweatshirt, approached the victim at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday.
The NYPS tells YWN that the suspect approached the 88-year-old female victim as she sat on the stoop in front of her residence. As the victim stood up and entered the location the suspect threw her to the ground, physically assaulted her, removed his red hoodie sweatshirt and attempted to strangle the victim with it. The suspect then fled the location of foot. The victim was transported to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect is a Hispanic male in his 20’s, and is 5’5″, 140 lbs.
