A senior Hamas leader says the terrorist group was behind the kidnapping and killing of three Israeli teens in Israel in June — the first time anyone from the Islamic terror group has said it was behind an attack that helped spark the current war in Gaza.
Salah Arouri told a conference in Turkey on Wednesday that Hamas carried out the kidnapping with the broader goal of sparking a new Palestinian uprising. “It was an operation by your brothers from the al-Qassam Brigades,” he said, referring to Hamas’ military wing.
Hamas has repeatedly praised the kidnappings, but Arouri, is the first member to claim responsibility.
The kidnapping sparked an Israeli crackdown and chain of events culminating in the current war.

oh thats who did it?
Totally illogical & irrational on their part, if they were truly intent on launching the “Rosh haShono War”, but haShem caused a Ruach Shtus to enter their mind and hence foil their “long in the planning” “Rosh haShono War”
Wait! Didn’t their partners in the
PA say that it never happened and was contrived by Israel?
So why haven’t the Israelis captured the killers yet?
