Due to the need to make changes in flight patterns, there are reports of delays at Ben-Gurion International Airport. Planes must be diverted away from areas under heavy rocket fire.
Readers are reminded that if chas v’sholom rockets are launched into the Gush Dan area, airport delays will increase and closure for periods of time is quite likely, as was the case in the past.
B’chasdei Hashem as rockets fired by Gaza terrorists continue to pound cities around southern Israel, only a few people have been injured, all lightly. This in no way seeks to minimize the psychological trauma of the million residents under constant rocket fire and the many families whose children’s’ summer programs have been canceled and residents unable to work or carry on life as usual.
