The Supreme Court on Monday 2 Tammuz is hearing a case surrounding the government decision to raze a portion of the home of the terrorist responsible for the terrorist murder of Israel Police Chief Superintendent Baruch Mizrachi HY”D. The home of 42-year-old Ziad Awad is located in the PA (Palestinian Authority) village of Idna in the Hebron district.
An NGO is filing against the state in the hope of preventing the demolition order. The state contends the terrorist was living in the home for the two year period preceding the fatal attack, which occurred on erev Pesach 5774.
