Vandals damaged 20 stone plaques bearing the names of individual who planted a tree in the Forest of Nations in Yerushalayim. On the road in that area graffiti “Kahane was right” and “I want to free them” was left at the scene. No suspects have been apprehended at the time of this report.
Twenty plaques with the names of heads of nations were smashed on Tuesday morning 26 Sivan near Mount Herzl in the capital. The names of the plaques are those of individuals who planted trees.
Walla News reports the graffiti left at the scene included the names of the captive youths, Gilad Shaar, Naftali Frenkel and Yael Yifrach along with “I want to free them”, “Muhammad is not a prophet” and “Kahana was right”.
