Residents of Yehuda and Shomron continue efforts to bring the deteriorating security situation on roadways in those areas to the media spotlight. According to many veteran leaders of these areas, the removal of most IDF checkpoints throughout Yehuda and Shomron has permitted the situation to reach its current unacceptable level, citing the increasing number of daily rock-throwing, firebomb and shooting attacks.
Many feel that if the IDF checkpoints, like the one that used to be in the Halhul area south of Gush Etzion were not removed, the Hamas kidnappers of the three yeshiva students would had a significantly more difficult time abducting them on Thursday night the eve of 15 Sivan.

But this government cares more about “humanitarian ” conditions of the Arabs more than the lives of our children!
