Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman feels that United Nations Mideast envoy Robert Serry should be thrown out of Israel. He will ask Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Sunday, 24 Sivan, to approve declaring the UN diplomat persona non grata.

According to the Channel 2 News report, the UN official was working as an intermediary for Hamas, working to get funding to the terrorist organization. The report states that Serry was turned down by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen), who he asked to transfer $20 million from Qatar to Gaza. Amazingly, he then turned to Israel and he was refused again. Left without additional alternatives, he tried having the United Nations accept the money and then transfer it to Hamas in Gaza.
