‘Daven for Eyal’

eyEyal began his studies in Yeshivat Shavei Chevron about six weeks ago after a friend who studied there was killed in a vehicular accident R”L. Prior to moving to Shavei Chevron, Eyal was a talmid in the IDF Prepatory Yeshiva Bnei David in Yishuv Eli.

On motzei Shabbos, dozens of Elad residents were mispallel for Eyal and his friends, davening for their speedy and safe return home.

The family remained home on Shabbos other than heading to shul for tefilos. The entire family including aunts, uncles and cousins arrived on erev Shabbos.

Effie Stern, who operates the city’s moked emergency dispatcher and a friend of the family, explains he and others were with the family the entire Shabbos and the community is seeing to their every need. He and the family ask Am Yisrael to continue being mispallel for the safe return of the boys.

The Yifrach family has not been in touch with the Frenkel and Shaar families and it is believed that Eyal is not connected with the other captives, Naftali and Gilad. The three just got into the same vehicle in Gush Etzion and now share the same plight.

Names for Tehillim:

1. Yaakov Naftali ben Rachel Devorah

2. Gilad Michael ben Bat Galim

3. Eyal ben Iris Teshurah
