Minister of Public Security Yitzchak Aharonovich visited the Nof Ayalon home of the Frenkel family, whose son Eyal is one of the three hostages being held by Arab terrorists. “We are operating under the premise that the three are still alive and the search and investigation continue with full force. We will continue until we bring the children back” he told family members.

In response to mounting criticism that Israel Police failed to respond in a timely fashion to the terrorist abduction of three Jewish teenagers, Aharonovich explained that he knows the facts in the case but this is not the time to get into this aspect of the operation.
