Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu delivered a message to the foreign media shortly after 15:00 on Sunday, 17 Sivan 5774. The prime minister spoke of Operation “Brothers Return”, the ongoing effort to locate and rescue the three youths abducted by Hamas terrorists last week.
He stated that Hamas is responsible for the kidnapping of the youths and of this there is no doubt. He stated no one is or should be surprised as Hamas remains committed to the destruction of Israel.
Various types of military vehicles can be seen arriving at the Yehuda Command, which is running the operation to find the abducted youths.
Mr. Netanyahu added that when terror strikes in New York of Tel Aviv the question is not where it occurs but where the attack originated. He explained the new Fatah Hamas unity government will not bring peace to the region, but the contrary, increased terror.
Channel 2 reports that a very senior officer in the Central Command says “We are not operating totally in the fog and we have a direction which is being followed”, indicating some new information has been obtained in the case, perhaps the result of interrogating the dozens of PA residents arrested over Shabbos and on motzei Shabbos.
The prime minister emphasized once again that everything possible is being done to bring the boys home and to protect the citizens of the country.

The PM is right “were did the lack of our security originate, 1) The kidnap area is a primary Chareidi area,
2) Its over the green line
3) Making sure setllers realize its not secure
4) Police force busy preparing for the filthy gay parade
5) Most important : Antagonizing G-D bring bad results
When you realized the kidnapping G-D gave you the chance to cancel the filthy gay parade , but you passed on it.
So, we have Navi in our midst who is telling us why these bachurim were kidnapped.
to #1. the area is not a chareidi area – it is a dati leumi / chardal area – I know I live there. what does the parade have to do with this? I agree that while it is disgusting – no one I know in this crowd actually supports it – using your logic Hashem should have struck some gay person instead of some kids coming home from Yeshiva for Shabbos. please keep your ridiculous conclusions to yourself there are already enough grieving people in this community.
Do u not believe ad an overall principle that when u hurt torah there had to be a certain loss of heavenly protection?r u stupid?
Where are all the other “important “government ministers?? Lapid, Lippmann, your silence is deafening!! SHAME ON YOU!!
To a good Jew
Be a good Jew! In such moments don’t talk! Learn a mishna or two for the benefit of (1) missing the boys, and (2) and for the benefit of the boys searching for the missing boys. That’s your and my job. Leave Lapid, Lippman, etc. to Hashem! He will take good care of them.
