Speaking from Yishuv Talmon, Shmuel Shai Cohen, a grandfather of Gilad Shaar addressed the media. He opened his words with praise for security forces along with a request for continued tefilos.

“I am not 16-years-old and not naïve and if the worst does occur, we than HKBH for this land and B”H it happened here, in the land of the avos and imahos. We need tefilos to continue and that is what will bring peace to the land” stated Mr. Cohen.
