Gunfire was heard in the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood of Yerushalayim on Friday night Parshas Nasso 5774. When police arrived and searched the area they recovered 12 shells, which are believed to have been fired from nearby Shuafat. Police report they cannot say what the motive behind the gunfire was.

The incident occurred on Friday night to Shabbos morning at 01:45 as the sound of shots was reported. The area community patrol alerted police. B’chasdei Hashem there were no fatalities or injuries.
