The 2.5-year-old child that drowned in a private pool in Moshav Yavniel on Lag B’Omer is reported in serious condition on Monday morning 19 Iyar. According to preliminary police findings, at the time of the event the toddler was in the care of a 15-year-old and the parents were not at home. Police add it was a small pool, 4 meters X 8 meters.
When the child arrived at the community clinic he was in cardiac arrest. The staff immediately began CPR. The child was then transported to Poriah Hospital in Tiveria in a Magen David Adom paramedic unit.

The article says drowned and then says “in serious condition”. What’s the story? Can we say Tehillim?
#1: YWN still doesn’t realize that the definition of the word “drowned” includes that the victim died, R”L. This is not the case here, B”H, so the victim did NOT drown.
