As talks continue to save the ailing Hadassah Medical Organization, doctors have announced the proposed rehabilitation plan is unacceptable and they will act defiantly if the plan is accepted. 650 of the medical center’s 1,000 physicians announced they will quit if the current fiscal rehab plan is approved by negotiators.
Stepping up their sanctions, Hadassah doctors announced they will no longer see patients privately in Hadassah, but they will do so outside the Hadassah network and that revenue will be lost by the medical center.
Doctors reject calls to dismiss 30 senior physicians, the closure of the hospice, and the elimination of 10 psychiatric beds. They feel the decision is strictly financial and it was made without consulting with doctors.

Of course it was financial, dimwits. The hospital is bankrupt.
