The Miki salad company announced a humus recall on Sunday, 4 Iyar 5774. Product testing has revealed that humus in 800 gram tubs may be infected with the listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The recall refers to 800 gram humus containers with expirations dates of May 7, 2014 or May 28, 2014.
