It is rosh chodesh and that means the Woman of the Wall are back at the Kosel for their monthly event. As the media coverage and chareidi opposition of their monthly Kosel appearance have waned, they have once again turned to Kosel Rav Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz with a request to bring a Sefer Torah into the ezras noshim. The request addresses rosh chodesh in two months, not Rosh Chodesh Iyar.
They explain it is not just any Torah, but one that was in many N. African kehillos and it carries many brachos and tefilos. They explain their tefilla service remains incomplete without reading from the Torah. The women maintain that to date, they are prevented from using one of the Seforim at the Kosel by Rabbi Rabinowitz, who instructed those in charge not to permit any Sifrei Torah at the ezras noshim.

Allow them read from their clothing labels.
With the loss of interest by the press, these Women Off the Wall need something to stir up controversy.
If they are sincere, they should ask the leading poskim of our generation if what they want is permitted and abide by the decision.
May Hashem eradicate the leader of the wacky women of the wall, from the face of the earth!

Krim krim & krim again. Do what you’re required to do, light the candles take challah and obrey the laws of taharah. If you want to do more then choose something that you’re allowed to do and Hashem will love you. But if you choose something controversal and against the rabbonim, you’re not doing out of ehrlichkeit, Nd Hashem does n..t love you, you’re just doing it for you’re own sport.
