The Chief Rabbinate of Israel Kashrus Division revoked its hashgacha from a Petach Tikvah pita bakery on motzei Pesach. When the mashgiach arrived at the bakery not too long after motzei yomtov, the owner was not able to adequately explain how he got pitot ready in the short time period since yomtov ended.
When it became clear the owner was incapable of explaining events, the decision was made to revoke the store’s kashrus. The mashgiach understood that baking began before the end of yomtov.

this is exactly why some kashrus agencies refuse to allow restaurants / pizza shops / bakeries under their hashgacha to open motzei chag. one hopefully can wait for their slice of pizza one more day.
Good to see mashgiach on top of the situation and not just doing soduku puzzles.
