This week’s Ami Magazine features an exclusive interview with Rav Ovadia Yosef, zt”l’s youngest son, Rav Moshe, and his proofreader, Rabbi Gad Yazdi, who met wth Ami’s Rabbi Yitzchok Frankfurter in the study in Rav Ovadia’s apartment.

The study’s shelves contain numerous unpublished manuscripts of Rav Ovadia, some dating back to his youth, which are being prepared for publication by Rabbi Yazdi and others. The family plans to sell the apartment this year, and this was one of the last opportunities to see the place where the great posek wrote his sefarim and answered shailos from around the world, as well as delve into the handwritten volumes of chidushei Torah.
