A video posted to YouTube shows a man illegally climbing to the top of the Ed Koch Bridge to set up an art installation.

Judith Supine took photos of his artwork against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline.

He’s seen on the video walking along the pedestrian path then climbing ladders up the steel frame.

The NYPD says it is “looking into it.”

The major security breach is just one of several in the last few weeks in public places in the city.

There were two security breaches at 1 World Trade Center including a teenager who was charged with climbing to the top of the 1,776-foot spire and three skydiving enthusiasts who turned themselves in to face charges in a September jump off the building.
