Likud MK Moshe Feiglin sent an SMS text message to Bayit Yehudi MK Yoni Chetboun expressing his support for his decision. Feiglin was referring to Chetboun’s announcement that his was planning to violate coalition discipline and vote against the draft bill, viewing the bill as anti-Torah and therefore, impossible for him to support.
Feiglin explains that while he does not agree with Chetboun’s position, he admires and respects those who live their ideals and are willing to go against the stream and take the consequences of their actions.
Feiglin questions the concept of coalition discipline and speaks of a building a coalition in which people vote what they believe without decisions bein imposed on them.
In the past Feiglin also supported MK (Yesh Atid) Dr. Adi Kohl who defied party discipline and defied instructions in a vote. She too was punished for her act of insubordination.

1. How did Feiglin vote? Accoding to the press there was only one vote (Chetboun) against (though the left wing parties all abstained and boycotted the session).
2. So if Feiglin planning to set up a pro-Torah nationalist party, as there current are none (Bayit Yehudi and Likud are now anti-Torah, Shas and Yahadut ha-Torah are now anti-nationalist).
Defending Torah values is an act of insubordination in the Zionist State.
#2, going against party lines in insubordination in every government
obviously he believes that it was worth it
Feiglin voted for the draft.
