IDF soldiers on Wednesday morning 3 Adar II detected suspicious activity along the border to Syria. Soldiers saw terrorists working to place a bomb along the border intended to detonate against an IDF patrol. The soldiers opened fire, reporting they believe they struck their intended targets, thereby preventing a border bomb attack against an IDF patrol.
Media reports state the IDF believes the terrorists upon whom soldiers fired are probably affiliated with Hizbullah.
