Hundreds of people gathered on Motzei Shabbos at the Ohel Yosef shul in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem for an atzeret chizzuk and tefillah following the end of the shiva for the kedoshim of the Ramot terror attack.

HaMashgiach HaRav Don Segal spoke words of chizzuk, imploring the tzibur to be mechazeik “in order that Hakadosh Baruch doesn’t send us more messages like this, chas v’shalom.”

HaRav Segal continued: “Hakadosh Baruch Hu wants us to be mechazeik in achdus and ahavas chinam,” and quoted the words of the Tana Debai Eliyahu: ‘So Hakadosh Baruch Hu said to Yisrael: my son, my loved one…what am I asking you but that you love one another and be respectful of each other.'”

After speaking, the Mashgiach recited Tehillim with the tzibur and cried out Avinu Malkeinu in front of the open Aron Kodesh and unrolled Sifrei Torah.

Rosh Yeshivas Tifrach HaGaon HaRav Aviezer Pilch also spoke words of chizzuk and was misorrer the tzibur to daven for the refuah sheleimah of Avraham Noach ben Yehudis.
