The car accident that changed the life of 3-year-old Adele Biton and that of her family occurred about 10 months ago. Arabs hurled rocks at the family vehicle on the Trans-Shomron Highway near Ariel, causing Mrs. Adva Biton to lose control and smash into the rear of a truck.
Adele [Chaya bas Adva] was critically injured and suffered significant neurological damage as a result of her massive injuries.
Adele was since released from Schneider Children’s Hospital to begin the difficult road to rehabilitation in the Beit Levinstein Rehabilitation Hospital. Her progress unfortunately is very limited and the family feels it is time for Adele to return home. However, to do so they require the proper equipment to accommodate Adele’s new reality, and according to a Yediot Achronot report, the Ministry of Health has promised a great deal, but delivered nothing.
MK (Bayit Yehudi) Shuli Moalem-Refaeli is working with the family to get assistance from government agencies, aware of the fact their Yishuv Yakir (Shomron) home is not set up to accommodate Adele’s disabilities.
According to the report, the Ministry of Health has responded to the MK’s letters and promises help is on the way.

So sad. She should have a Refuah Shaleima. It breaks your heart.
“…the Ministry of Health has promised a great deal, but delivered nothing.”
Why should they be any different to the entire GOI? After all, the fundamental promise of any Government is to protect its citizens and it is clear that the GOI has abandoned that years ago.
Chaya bas Adva. I have 18 grandchildren. I have been davening for you three times a day since I received the news of your injury 10 months ago.
