A policeman was stabbed and seriously injured in Kiryat Arba on Wednesday. The first reports of the attack on 19 Adar I stated the policeman’s condition was not serious, but his situation deteriorated quickly.

According to the limited information available, the attacker is a Jewish man who is described as being “mentally compromised”.
