Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon is viewed as the preferred successor to Binyamin Netanyahu as the head of Likud, earning 20% of the vote among Likud voters in a poll by TNS Teleseker. The defense minister receives 16% of the vote among the general voting population.
In second place is Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman with 15.6% among Likud voters followed by Energy Minister Silvan Shalom with 14.4% among party voters. The poll surprised most to see that Lieberman only leads Shalom by 1.2%.

Yaalon is a nice person, mensch and not an egomaniac, the problem all these candidates become turn-overs when filling the PM seat.
Presently he is pro-Charadim, Pro-religious status quo, Pro-Yehuda vShomron….what happens when in the power cooker is something else????
