Egged has reached agreement with PayPal permitting those wishing to book seats on buses on the Eilat line to do so online, and using PayPal to make payment. Egged hopes to incorporate the PayPal payment option into its ticket purchase app for Android as well.

Egged official Noam Bar-Ohr states that if this new initiative proves to be a successful one, the company will seek other ways to incorporate the new agreement towards improving service to Egged riders.
