It has been a year since 3-year-old Adele Biton sustained serious injuries in a vehicular accident in Shomron caused by a rock attack. Mrs. Edva Biton, her mom, appeared in the IDF Megiddo Military Court to give testimony against the terrorists who caused the near-fatal accident.

Mrs. Biton was driving the vehicle on the Trans-Samaria Highway when she was bombarded with rocks. She lost control of the vehicle and landed out smashing into the rear of a truck. Adele was critically injured. She now provided testimony in the court against the five terrorists who have since been apprehended. It was the first time that she saw them face-to-face.

She told the media on Wednesday 12 Adar I that she was not planning to utter a word to “those monsters”. She added that she only prays the judges will mete out the harshest possible sentence for what the terrorists have done to her daughter and their family.

Mrs. Biton adds that she is working to increase awareness as to just how deadly rock attacks are, commenting how tragic it is that they are viewed by most as benign incidents when this is not so.

Today Adele is four, and while there has been progress in the past months, her overall progress has been very slow. She has a long road to recovery until she returns to the regular little girl she was prior to the accident.
