The Jerusalem Local Planning Board approved the construction of a nine-story building to serve Yeshivas Ohr Somayach, to be located in the Shimon HaTzaddik neighborhood of the capital, known in the media as “Sheikh Jarah, “Israeli occupied East Jerusalem”. The plan was approved in a 4 to 3 vote.
